("SLI," "we," or "us") is committed to ensuring the privacy of visitors to www.southforklanding.com (the "Site"), which provides information about our planned community in Boise County, Idaho ("Southfork Landing"). This Privacy Policy (this "Policy") describes how personally identifiable information is collected from users of the Site, and how that information is used and disclosed. By using our Site, you consent to the terms of this Policy.
What is Personal Information?
Personally identifiable information, which we refer to as "personal information" in this Policy, is information that specifically identifies an individual, such as an individual's name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card number or telephone number. "Personal information" also includes other information, such as demographic information or information about an individual's purchases, when that information is linked to other personal information about the individual.
Personal information does not include "aggregate" information. Aggregate information is data collected about a group or category of features, services or customers from which individual identities are removed. Aggregate information might include, for example, the percentage of visitors to the Site who visit the Frequently Asked Questions page, or the proportion of Site visitors who visit the Site from computers in the state of Idaho. Aggregate information helps us understand the use of the Site and the needs of its visitors so that we may consider new services and features for the Site and otherwise tailor the Site and its features and services to better serve our visitors.
Personal Information We Collect
Active Collection
Generally, when we need personal information from you, we will ask you for it. You may also provide personal information to us on your own initiative, such as when you email us to request information. For example, we collect personal information on the Site when you:- contact us using the "Contact Us" form;
- participate in any of our release reservation processes;
- participate in any interactive features or services that the Site may offer, such as message boards or blogs;
- fill out a survey;
- participate in a contest, sweepstakes or other promotion on the Site; or
- contact us by e-mail for any reason, such as to request help or to provide us with your comments or feedback.
Automatic Collection
Additionally, when you visit our Site, some information is automatically collected, such as your computer's operating system and browser type, your Internet Protocol (IP) address and the time and date of your visit. Your computer automatically sends this information to every Web site you visit.
Personal information may also be collected automatically through the use of "cookies." Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer by a Web site to uniquely identify your Web browser. We may use cookies on our Site to keep you logged in to the Site, to prevent you from having to re-enter information (such as when you participate in one of our release reservation processes), to count the number of unique computers visiting the Site, to record your user preferences and to ensure that you do not see the same advertisements repeatedly.
We treat automatically collected information as personal information if we combine it with or link it to any of the personally identifying information mentioned above. Otherwise, it is used in the aggregate only.
We may also receive information from third other sources, and may combine this information with the other personal information we maintain about you. If we do so, this Policy governs such information.
Payment Processing
When you proceed to the final step of one of our priority reservation processes, you may be taken to a third-party credit card processor's site. During that final step, you will be asked by the third-party payment processor to enter your payment details (for example, your credit card type and number, card verification value (CCV2) code and expiration date) and your billing information (for example, your name, billing address and email address). When you click "Charge My Card" during that final step, the payment processor will attempt to process your payment. If successful, the processor will return confirmation of the payment to us or our designee. Please keep in mind that you are no longer on the Site during this final step of the priority reservation process; accordingly, any personal information that you provide to the third-party payment processor is subject to that processor's privacy policy.
How We Use Personal Information
In general, we use personal information to process transactions, to administer our release reservation processes and related functions, to respond to your requests and inquiries, to maintain a record of our dealings with you, to send you newsletters and otherwise to contact you regarding Southfork Landing, to develop Southfork Landing and to improve our future offerings and services. When we use personal information to contact you regarding Southfork Landing, we provide you with choices (see "Choice," below).
Sharing of Personal Information
Except as set forth in this Policy, we do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties without your consent. We may give you the opportunity to receive information from third parties regarding products and services they think you may find of interest, but will ask for your consent to do so. We may share personal information with third-party vendors who assist us in performing internal functions necessary to operate our business. These functions may include, for example, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, mailing items, processing payments, administering features and services on the Site and fulfilling or delivering reservation materials. We limit information shared with our third-party vendors to that which is needed to carry out the requested functions. We are not responsible for any additional information you provide to these parties, however, and we encourage you to become familiar with their practices before disclosing information directly to them.
We also disclose personal information when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law (e.g., a lawful subpoena, warrant or court order); to enforce or apply this Policy or our other policies or agreements; to initiate and render services and Site features, to bill and collect for amounts owed to us; to protect our or our customers' rights, property or safety; to protect our customers from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of, our Site; or if we reasonably believe that emergency circumstances involving potential physical injury or other harm to any person requires or justifies disclosure of information without delay. Unless we believe the law requires otherwise, we will attempt to contact you before disclosing your personal information to comply with legal process.
In addition, information about our customers, including personally identifiable information, may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing or sale of company assets, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which personally identifiable information could be transferred to third parties as one of our business assets.

Our Site may contain links to other Web sites. Links from our Site to other sites or content are provided for your convenience only, and we do not have control over the privacy, security or other practices or policies of such third parties or other sites. Any personal information you provide on linked pages is provided directly to that third party and is subject to that third party's privacy policy. Use of our Site by Children
We encourage parents to take an interest in their children's use of the Internet. The Site is not designed to collect information from children who are under 13 years of age, and we do not intend to collect such information. If you are under 13, you should not provide information on our Site.
Interactive Areas
The Site may offer blogs, discussion boards, social networking features and other features and services that allow Site users to post or transmit information. Please be aware that any content or information that you post or transmit using these features and services are not private and may be viewed by others.
Security
We have put into place reasonable security measures in an effort to prevent loss, misuse and alteration of information while it is under our control. We cannot, however, guarantee protection of all information against interception, misappropriation, misuse or alteration, nor can we promise that your information may be not be disclosed or accessed by accidental circumstances or by the unauthorized acts of others. Furthermore, we have no control over the security of other sites you might visit, interact with or do business with.
When you participate in one of our priority reservation processes, you may receive a certificate or PIN. You may also have the opportunity to create accounts and passwords for services or features on the Site. It is your responsibility to keep these certificates, PINs and other passwords (collectively, "Credentials") confidential and to not disclose them to any other person. You are responsible for all uses of the Site by any person using your Credentials. Please advise us immediately if you believe your certificate, PIN or any other Credentials have been lost, misused or otherwise misappropriated.
